Are you afraid of falling? Looking to improve your balance and strength? Come on down and have some fun listening to music and getting fit with friends. This is a class that involves basic everyday movements to improve range of motion, flexibility, muscle strength and balance. Equipment includes: resistance band, 9” mini ball and your choice of dumbbell weight between 1-10 lbs.
