The community, presenters and staff may continue to be virtual, however all committee members should be in person. We are actively working on preparing meeting rooms at Town Hall to accommodate these hybrid meetings.

This week Town staff initiated a meeting with the Town Manager’s Office at Portola Valley to discuss evacuation strategies in the event of a natural disaster. Given the close proximity to one another, Los Altos Hills and Portola Valley reaffirmed their commitment to one another that the two Towns will work together in a larger evacuation to expedite the safe evacuation of both commuities. A subsequent meeting is being planned between the Santa Clara and San Mateo County Sheriff’s Offices to further discuss this topic.
