  1. Monthly Senior Walk

    October 2, 2018, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Town Hall

    Join us on the first Tuesday of every month. All hikes will be roughly 2 miles in length. For the Fall and Winter, we will be sticking to the paved roads and pathways around Town Hall. All ages welcome along with four-legged friends. Routes will be tailored to the needs of the participants in attendance. Inclement weather may cancel the hike.   2. Stay Active, Stay Safe and Stay for Lunch

    October 2, 2018, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM @ Town Hall

    Santa Clara County Fire and Parks and Recreation Department have collaborated to bring Residents this health and safety quarterly program. Each presentation begins with a Stay Active walk led by Los Altos Hills Parks and Recreation Staff, followed by a Stay Safe presentation by Santa Clara County Fire, the program concludes with a catered Stay for Lunch. Residents are welcome to attend any portion of the program that is of interest. The program is free; however registration is required: www.losaltoshills.ca.gov. For more information contact 650-947-2518 or srobustelli@losaltoshills.ca.gov. Stay Active: 2 mile walk starting from Town Hall from 10:00 – 11:00 am Stay Safe: Home Fire Safety & Crime Prevention Program presented by Santa Clara County Fire and the Sheriffs Office 11:00 am- Noon Stay for Lunch: Lunch will be served from Noon – 12:30 pm. A Santa Clara County Fire Truck will be available to Tour. Registration is required: www.losaltoshills.ca.gov.

    Thinking of having pet chickens? Don't know if they are right for you? This class will show you what is involved in keeping them in your backyard, and teach you the basic requirements like housing, food, and maintenance. It will help you get ready for the arrival of these new pets in your family. The class requires a minimum of 6 students and 12 students max.
