Are you frustrated by high energy bills and want to know where your money is going? As a resident of Los Altos Hills you are eligible to participate in the High Energy Homes Project led by Acterra. It is an online energy assessment tool that will show you where your energy is being spent and recommendations to help reduce your usage with minimum inconvenience.
