The Town has launched a new Online Survey Program designed to gather  resident feedback on important Town issues. The advantages of an online survey include convenience for survey respondents, low cost, and fast results for the Town. 

How does the program work?

Throughout the year, the Town will announce surveys via e-mail to residents enrolled in the program.  Simply click on the link contained in the e-mail and follow the survey instructions.   All surveys will close on a specific date and results will be posted to the Town's website and remain posted for future reference.  SnowTech Media, the Town's webmaster, will administer this program and all e-mails announcing surveys will be from LAHSurvey@snowtechmedia.com.  SnowTech Media provides online data services and will collect and process survey results.
