Westwind Community Barn Committee

The charges to and duties of this Committee are:

• to serve as an advisory body to the Council on matters related to Westwind Community Barn;
• to assist in the planning, development and implementation of a Master Plan for Westwind Community Barn that would include the function of the facility and associated space; the intensity of use for both equestrian and non equestrian activities; and, the form of the facility and the auxiliary space;
• to assist in the development of a budget for the renovation of Westwind Community Barn and to make recommendations to the City Council;
• to identify the funding sources both public and private for any proposed renovations or seismic retrofit improvements of Westwind Community Barn; and
• to serve as an advisory body to the City Council on the approved Westwind Community Barn Master Plan and any future amendments.
