The City Council has engaged Management Partners, an independent consulting firm, to conduct an assessment of City services, particularly as they relate to Public Works, Planning and Community Development, and the City Manager’s Office. To that end, Management Partners is soliciting and will review any specific feedback and suggestions you may have at this confidential survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LosAltosHillsOrganizationalAssessmentComments. Please submit any responses by April 30.
In addition, Management Partners has scheduled two confidential focus groups for more extensive discussions with a small group of Town residents.
